UVMapper Professional End User License Agreement (EULA)

This License Agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between the author, Stephen L Cox ("Author"), and you, an individual or a legal entity ("You"), with respect to the software product, UVMapper Professional ("Software").

Please carefully read the terms and conditions that follow before using the Software.

By downloading, copying, installing or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If You do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install or use the Software.

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.

You may use the Software on any single computer. You may use the Software on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not used simultaneously. You may copy the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices.

Restrictions

The Software contains copyrighted material, trade secrets, and other proprietary material. In order to protect them, and except as permitted by applicable legislation, you may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Software in whole or in part.

Termination of License

This License shall terminate immediately if You fail to comply with the terms of this License. Upon termination, you must remove and destroy all copies of the Software.

Limitation of Liability

THE AUTHOR SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, CAUSED BY THE SOFTWARE.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE NEITHER MAKE ANY WARRANTY NOR APPROVE THE MAKING OF ANY REPRESENTATION THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL SATISFY YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Controlling Law and Severability

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New York, as applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New York between New York residents. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this License, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the License shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this License shall continue in full force and effect.

Return Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the availability of a demo version, which you can try before you buy, and the high cost of credit card chargebacks, there are no refunds.
